Dead Serious

Good luck with that Mister…

Yesterday’s post was dead serious. Our educational system is being re-written as I type these words. But it’s happening by default. Not by design. There’s no clear vision.

I’m placing a stake in the ground. Mid Life Celebration, LLC is dedicated to driving the teaching and learning – of mental responsibility, physical responsibility, spiritual (emotional) responsibility, financial (career) responsibility and personal-life administration responsibility – from pre-school through college graduation.

Yes, I have a dream where children enter adulthood equipped with years of practical, common sense life skills.

The thesis being: With every one of Life’s Big Choices comes a consequence.

Follow the path of The Herd, or follow the path of The Movement.

Never wrote any content, just the title. A metaphor for our lives, isn’t it?

We come up with a title, a concept, a goal, and then time slowly steals it away from us so eventually, we end up right at the very place we had dreamt of leaving behind.

Life Would Be Easier If We Were A Dog At The Beach

Buzzwords are a dime a dozen: wellness, balance, holistic, integrity, focus, discipline, harmony, peace.

Life’s big choices? There are only five. You know this right? My guess is that most people aren’t passionate enough about self-actualization to begin and finish the search.

Neither good nor bad. It is what it is. As long as we are fulfilled with our big choices in life. Right?

The five are Mind, Body, Spirit, Money and HQ. (repetition is the mother of all learning)

Am I missing one that you think is important, and doesn’t fall into the big five?
