Finalized the logo last night, April 26, 2015.

It was a Sunday night.

Entrepreneurs work while others play or relax.

Thank you Clarissa.

We work when we have to, so we can play and relax when we want to.

We play and relax whenever we want to because our schedule isn’t driven by conventional daily or weekly framework.

There is much to be gained. Much to be lost.

The balance of risk and reward is what makes it tough. And glorious.

Editor’s note (November 09, 2015): The above are not currently being used in any way at jeffnoel.com. Once the determination is that there is no conflict with Apple, it might be used. Currently using same deign but this tag line:

Pick a byproduct

One of many first draft logos received two days ago.

As physical pain is a warning to our body, discontent is a warning to our attitude.

Either way, a sign is presented that some action is required.

We see this as a gift or a problem.

Waiting and doing nothing feed fear.

Fear’s byproduct is discontent.

And discontent is poison.

But action feeds progress, which rids the poison and negates discontent.

Here’s the reward for action:

Progress’s byproduct feeds hope.

Ready to have your heart sing and your head explode?

Mid Life Celebration logo
Mid Life Celebration’s logo was drawn in less than a minute.

Outwork your competition and do the work they think is trivial and unimportant.

In business it is called focus and discipline. In business it is also called success.

In life this is called balance.

Balance is about energy, not time.

And it is about five themes, not two or three.

Our mental wellness is one of Life (5) Big Choices and this blog’s central theme.

Sooner or later it becomes crystal clear

Sooner or later it becomes crystal clear. Life is not a dress rehearsal. Our excuses often lead to regrets, and regrets can lead to life’s biggest wakeup calls. Wake up calls provide an amazing opportunity. However, what is missing in the midst of this is permission to change – to rethink, reprioritize, and recommit.

Midlife crisis is spending our life chasing our dreams and finally getting there, more or less. But in looking around we think, “This isn’t what I wanted!” Mid Life Celebration is using our gut-wrenching discovery, also known as a wake up call, to change things. Stop waiting for permission. Go!

MIND (6,000+ posts)

Internet's only 5-a-day blogger: Try to comprehend someone writing five daily blogs - every day since 2009. And each one is on a different website. You can't, right? There's one for each: Mind • Body • Spirit • Work • Home

WTF - wow, that's funny: Started writing five daily, differently-themed blogs on April Fool's Day 2009. Haven't missed a single day since. Ever. This one is about our mind.

Purpose: All five blogs are personal blogs about what i learned yesterday, what i get to do today, and what i hope for tomorrow. Leaving a trail for our son in case something bad ever happens to me and i'm not around to answer his questions.
