Planet Walk And Run Videos

From time to time, Mid Life Celebration will promote something, in this case, our son’s classmate’s Mom, Stacey Norton. Stacey has a website and business designed to use music to help kids be active. Here’s a sample from her website:

Stacey’s developed a series of exercise routines for elementary-aged kids complete with scripts and music. She is interested in producing full-length videos and is looking for anyone interested in helping to fund a potentially game-changing way we engage children in exercise.

Wheels Up, It's a Brand New Day!
Wheels Up, It's a Brand New Day!

PSA, public service announcement.

Just wanted to remind everyone that most of my daily posts will resonate with the target audience (which is everyone).

Some days, of course, will be better than others and some days may seem to miss the mark.

But the one thing that will remain constant is that not a single day will go by that doesn’t begin with purposeful thought about the glorious opportunity to seize the day.

To do work that matters.

The clock is ticking.

Impossible is nothing.

And don’t forget about “balance“.

What If You Only Had 10 Years

It Doesn't Matter What I Think

What if you had only 10 years left to live?

  • Would you change anything?
  • What would you change?
  • Why would you change it?
  • What would you hope to accomplish?

None of us has tomorrow as a guarantee. But just for the sake of starting in a tangible place, can you envision a ten year plan?

I’m 1.5 years into mine.

There are many things that no longer seem so important. And many that now become very important when before they weren’t.

My guess is you’re living life from the bleachers, as a spectator sport.

Prove me wrong.

Wednesdays During Midlife

Wednesdays, during midlife give us the proverbial midweek check and balance.

Am I loving my job and excited to still have a few work days remaining, or is the week dragging and Friday feels like it will never get here?

For me, I feel the heavy load.

The heavy load of responsibility, not the heavy load of despair.

The clock is ticking. Yours and mine.
