Writing each morning, can fill a soul with hope and purpose. It’s a primal yearning  – to be needed, to make a contribution, to serve.

Even if we say we do not need this, we do.

We should fight to fulfill it. The ripple effect is pollen to our lives.

My Life, Your Life, Sometimes…

Sometimes life gives us what we hope for, and sometimes it doesn’t.

It was the Fall of 1980, as a College Junior, a movie inspired a “childhood dream” to write a book for my children.

This is not the movie, but the plot is similar. And we do not have “children”, only one child. Life remains unpredictable:

Just started reading Facebook updates, it’s a morning and evening routine to keep up with Family, Friends, co-workers. The very first two updates:

1. is grateful for this day!

2. I hate Mondays and getting up at 5:30am.

In our travels, and just plain old fashioned day-to-day living, aren’t we constantly reminded that our personal situation could be so much worse than it is?
