The biggest mistake wanna be writers make

Disney Executive Speakers
The Hub is in the center of it all.

Met with a Disney World Professional Intern yesterday at her request. She had never met a Disney Institute facilitator and wanted to. She also wants to become a writer and an inspirational catalyst. She is living proof that the future is in good hands.

Writing for the public is hard. Writing for yourself is transformational.

Transformation is the best story we can write.

You “become published” with every step you take.

Want to be a writer but afraid you aren’t good enough to make the impact you dream of? And it’s holding you back?

Just start writing.

Everyday.

Write like you mean it.

It is so easy to back down from living in the now and pushing forward

It is so easy to back down from living in the now and pushing forward with our big (or simply enjoyable) dreams.

When the tough decisions have to be made to continue forward in the direction of something uncharted, we are tempted to wait.

If the decisions were easy, we wouldn’t need, or want, more time to decide.

And waiting becomes a (bad) habit.

Today is yesterday’s tomorrow.

Should we retire this year, at 55,  and go full on with our retirement plans, or should we wait until 60 or 65?

See what I mean?

What would you do?

Retire in 2014 (55), 2021 (62) or 2024 (65)?

The longer you postpone retirement, the bigger the pension.

The sooner you launch your dream, the longer you get to work on it.

None of us had a definitive answer.
