Since returning from Australia four days ago, we are slowly normalizing our home routine.
Worth noting we went from three weeks of Australia Winter (temps ranged from 50-70) to Florida Summer with heat index of 110 all week.
Didn’t walk as much as planned in Australia because of the morning’s ‘cold weather’. So being back home, i’m trying to ‘make up for lost mileage’.
This reminds me to remind myself…
Never let society’s embarrassingly low health standards be yours. Set polarizing, high health standards.
This is true leadership.
