Anyone can be a VP. But only those toiling endlessly do. And not only the parking space and an expense account, with their great performance, a decent monetary bonus too.

People have a choice, I think, in finding the “get to do” in their work and life. It’s a conscious choice. And a lifetime of daily focus and effort. It ain’t the magic that makes it work, it’s the work that makes it magic. The day I stopped focusing on the have to do’s and refocused on the get to’s…like night and day.
