Over-focused travel, mind

In flight to Atlanta now and wondering if i’ll have to go outside in the next four days.

Intentionally booked a mid-morning flight. This allows me to wake up like normal, with decent odds of eight hours sleep.

A 7am flight requires an extra-early wake up. This removes an 8-hour sleep off the table.

Intentionally booked a two+ hour layover. Why? This allows a buffer for flight delay challenges.

This is my mindset. All in.

Only three things happen naturally in people’s minds: learning, decline, death. Everything else takes a growth mindset.

Mental vibrancy is easier with a growth mindset: intentionally over-focusing on positivity in a way that your younger self under-focused on or ignored.
