Senior couple — Last night, our final, final-night ‘us-ee’.

Paris to Normandy seven-night river cruise concludes after breakfast. Cheryl packed last night.

After a leisurely morning and breakfast, we catch a ~~10:30am~~ 9:15am taxi to Disneyland Paris. Heading to Newport Bay Resort Hotel.

Large dinner table party — Last night’s dinner table.

Unusual sky with many jet streams — This morning’s Paris skyline at 7:30am…so many jet streams…can’t recall seeing this, anywhere. Ever.

Two nearly-four-hour bus/walking tours today. Midday lunch break back onboard boat. Our final day. Tomorrow we taxi to Disneyland Paris.

Caudebec France-day 2, mind

Normandy d-day map — Today’s 10.5 hour bus excursion takes us to Normandy.

Last night we had a Normandy Invasion presentation. The French presenter is a granddaughter of WWI grandfathers. She’s also the daughter of a WWII father. Currently a local tour guide and Normandy war subject matter expert.

She teed us up with insightful context for today’s sights.
