The thought process to create this idea and implement it is extraordinary. The creators are, in my opinion, applying economic sanctions in a last ditch effort to change behavior. People follow the money. Lead them to designated places where assistance can be concentrated and delivered.

You are what you read, and, what you watch and listen to.

Similar to “you are what you eat”, garbage in, garbage out.

Similar to karma, you attract what you put out, “your thoughts are directed by your mental consumption” – what you consume visually and audibly hardwires your thoughts, also known as your attitude.

Mental habits and rituals.

They make or break us.

Having consistently positive energy, thoughts, and outlooks is essential to a lifetime of seeing the good side – the opportunity – in every situation.

Not having consistent energy, thoughts, and outlooks is like being given a prison sentence – with hard, unwanted labor – in every situation.

Habits.

Rituals.

You own these.

You can enhance them and excel at them.

And if you choose not to, you will live in a hell you don’t deserve.

See what you want to see from this post

Ocoee High School
Yesterday morning at 9am. Low turnout is obvious. This is a mind-bender: The only people who know, know from being there to see it. We stumbled upon this relatively obscure opportunity.

Yesterday afternoon at 3pm. Without the contrast of pressure washing, the drive didn’t appear dirty.

 

As a general rule, humans will not see what they don’t expect to see.

A group of radiologists examined X-rays that had a gorilla image 48x larger than the cancer cells they were looking for.

They didn’t see the “massive” gorilla under the microscope..

Why would they, gorillas are never there.

We simply don’t see things that don’t fit the pattern we’re expecting.

Same with our attitude.

See what you want to see from this post.

What may be hidden in plain sight is obvious.

You are in charge of what you see in the world.

The way you think manifests itself in your behaviors.

Your behaviors create your habits because you repeat these behaviors over and over.

You do it.

i do it.

Why?

Because our thinking also has habit-forming power.

And changing who you are – if that’s what you think you need – has to start with changing what you think.

That’s why this blog, about our mind, is one of life’s five big choices.

Everything begins and ends with our thoughts.

May you find what you need today, all day, to start leaving whatever thoughts don’t serve you – to begin letting them go – as uncomfortable as that feels right now.

As we think so we are.

Most of us, myself included, have inferiority complexes.

As we reach midlife we should experience these feelings much less often.

Why?

Because of the way we think.

i believe it’s possible to eliminate negative thoughts with the help of a balanced approach to life.

Bottomline (in my opinion), we need to feed ourselves with positive self-talk, continuous personal development, and constant loving care of our mind, body and spirit.
