Mid Life Celebration ISNB #
Five powerful chapters covering excuses, regret, opportunity and permission

The only way I know to stay motivated all the time is to stay motivated all the time.

Talking is easy. Doing is difficult – maybe impossible we tell ourselves.

There is a new book on Amazon that calmly and quietly suggests we never again tell ourselves these lies.
