That’s it, i’m done

Ty took a lot of different angles in just one hour. Sharing some more today. Circumvented (80%) the photo upload challenge by using an iPhone instead of the two MacBooks.

That’s it, i’m done…

  • With waiting
  • With settling
  • With comparing

The world needs something only i can provide.

PS. Same with you, but you may never get to the point of understanding it and believing it. Praying you do both.

The thesis statement for how to transform your attitude

jeff noel orlando speaker
So yeah, removed two “my’s” and one “i”…The writing here subconsciously describes my daily striving to improve my life using what i learned from 30 years at Disney.

The thesis statement for how to transform your attitude.

Over-focus on the same things you used to under-focus on or ignore.

The writing here subconsciously describes daily striving to improve life using what was learned from 30 years at Disney.

Our brain is the most powerful tool we have.

Easy to forget.

Don’t.

Ever.

Note to self, you’re doing a nice job with your attitude

Note to self, you’re doing a nice job with your attitude.

The 8,000 person Keynote at the Anaheim Convention Center this February would pay full price.

Yesterday the official decision was announced.

Nope, not this time.

Several other decent leads have ended in no.

The long way is the short cut.

Meanwhile, the new Disney Keynote Speaker website is coming along well.

Aha

The final night of a 20-year run.

Walt Disney was a demanding CEO. How could he be anything but?

Excellence does not fall from the sky by luck or by wishing.

Aha.

Just had the moment…

Had been searching for this for days, weeks even…

The reason i need to be so confident is because of the level of leader i’m working with, CEOs.

They do not want any room for doubt. They want reassurance. And even if you can’t guarantee something, they want to be guaranteed that a plan B will circumvent failure.

Why did i fail so predictably in the past?

Rainy, cold night in Bethlehem, PA
From the rear driver’s side window, returning to Senior Living Facility from a party. i could see clearly, but the iPhone lens saw it differently.

Why did i fail so predictably in the past? And why i no longer do.

  1. Wasn’t willing to fight like hell for it
  2. Denied, unintentionally, that i was more comfortable not changing
  3. Didn’t feel guilty in failing because so many others failed too
  4. Subconsciously was afraid of what i’d have to commit to if i succeeded

The awakening came when i became a teacher and i saw so many teachers who only preached what should be done, but were too weak to practice it themselves.

i became disgusted with living a lie.

And that was the catalyst that changed everything.

It really comes down to overcoming the victim mentality, which proliferates and justifies excuses – it literally is like being a blind man and then, miraculously, having your eyesight restored.
