Seven daily prescription pills

It’s not uncommon for aging adults to take seven daily pills.

Since 1999, i’ve been taking mine:

  1. cardio
  2. strength
  3. nutrition
  4. rest
  5. flexibility
  6. core
  7. goals

Doc says i don’t have to take them all, but he did insist that if i took them all my health would dramatically improve.

And what one does for the body, one also does for the mind (this website is about mental attitude). i write about physical (body) at the “next” website (link at the end of the small paragraph below…)

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.

Thinking inside the box template

What do you want to be?

What do you need to do to be that?

Who’s your customer?

What do you want them to feel?

How much risk?

How much work?

Does it really matter?

Is it possible?

Are you satisfied?

Is our attitude a selling feature?

Disney Keynote Speaker featuring the Disney Way
Some entrepreneurial offices transcend tradition.

Is our attitude a selling feature?

Could it be a differentiator?

Should it be?

And if so, how best to communicate it? (the train of thought, below, arrived yesterday after i asked myself that exact question):

i’m not interested in your money. i’m interested in helping you. It’s what i do. The fact that you pay me is a bonus.

The stereotypical sales pitch reminds me of a blood-thirsty predator after it’s prey.

The salesperson(s) will literally say anything you want to hear.

Should i or shouldn’t i, that is the question.

Should i blog at my new Disney Keynote Speaker website?

What is gained?

What is lost?

Which is more important?

i think about all the choices that are easy to make.

What we watch and listen to, and who we hang out with  – what drives our choices?

The art of living vibrantly is in discovering, and then mastering, the will to make the tough choices.
