Just because i don’t swear doesn’t mean i don’t want to.

Just because i don’t lose my patience doesn’t mean i don’t want to.

Just because i don’t argue doesn’t mean i don’t want to.

Just because i exercise regularly doesn’t mean i want to.

Just because i go to bed early doesn’t mean i don’t want to stay up late.

Just because i reduce, reuse, and recycle doesn’t mean i’d rather not hold onto things a little longer, just in case.

Just because it seems like i can shun temptation doesn’t mean i’m not tempted all day long.

Basically, excuses are invalid.

Pretty cool to hear this from an expert.

Be amazed and be amazing today.

Clues and ideas are everywhere

Waiting to discuss money matters. While waiting there was time to flip though a bank brochure. The image above prompted the idea that mind, body, spirit, work, home create a continuous outer circle in life.

The second inside circle represents us. The very middle circle is our purpose.

Every moment of everyday we interact with, and filter, life’s (five) big choices. How we do this will direct, or not direct, our energy towards our purpose.

Bullseye, eh?

PS. Only three more days before the first month of retirement is over.

WordPress Orlando Meetup yesterday at I.D.E.A.S.

The Dalai Lama most likely doesn’t use WordPress or go to meetups. But I do and some of you do too. Tom Gorence, from IDEAS Orlando, spoke on WordPress security. Allison K. Jones shared SEO and keyword fundamentals. But my biggest takeaway was how watered-down my elevator speech has become.

An open mind often reveals unexpected lessons.
