View Archive → ← Have You Thought About How You Want Your Gravestone To Read? → An Entire Franchise Built On Three Words: Life Is Good 2 replies on “How Would This Look On A Gravestone?” Jeff, I was hit with a thought this morning on the radio about the oldest current living person (which happens to be in the Atlanta area and turns 115 today). They asked her what her secret to longevity was. She didn’t say, “Being miserable” or “Holding onto bitterness” or “Worrying” or “Hate life.” She actually said, “I mind my own business, and I don’t eat junk food.” The bottom line for her is simple – she doesn’t get drawn into the trappings and gossip that could easily consume her, and she takes care of herself healthwise.
