A comfortable amount of time is dangerous

mail delivery
Yesterday, December 23, 2018…mail delivery truck drove up into our yard. Country livin’. She was possibly too busy to keep the truck on the road and walk across the yard?

A comfortable amount of time is dangerous.

It gets in the way of taking action.

Why?

Because it can wait until tomorrow.

Waiting and doing nothing are the twin siblings of destruction

Disney culture speakers
Stumbled upon this doing WordPress 5.0 updates.

What can you see that others can’t?

Do you have an entirely different approach that is unknown to the world?

Do you have a clear, concise, and compelling purpose that lights your fire every morning?

Are you literally the only one who can deliver what you deliver?

Note: With 16 days remaining in 2018, i’ve been in the planning stage, since Summer, for radical change in 2019.

Do you wait for the New Year to arrive before planning an attack?

Do you do nothing until the new year arrives?

You miss a lot when you’re in a hurry

World time zones
Time is the same around the world. Time has no accent.

You miss a lot when you’re in a hurry.

Like what?

Life.

And like time to rethink, reprioritize, and recommit.

Right now, this very moment, what grade do you give yourself for having your habits and rituals mirror the way you believe is your healthiest?

Crystalized intelligence – all bluffs will be called

wisdom
All bluffs would be called.

The years after we retire, usually at age 65, are called the golden years.

For a reason.

Aging comes with benefits.

Most importantly, we’re good at using what we’ve learned.

Call this crystallized intelligence.

Clarity.

It’s like compound interest, for wisdom.
