Each one excels at a skill set i will never master; skills i could spend a lot of the getting decent at, but i don’t have a lot of time.

Disney Management Keynote Speaker

Preparing for tomorrow’s two-day leadership training session.

It is my fifth and final contract of 2015.

While i won’t be wearing the name tag (above) any longer, i am planing to create a similar one.

Why?

Because not wearing a name tag with my first name on it feels inappropriate. It feels like i’m not “Show ready”. Like i’m not wearing my super power ring.

Entrusted in midlife to spark the change we wish to see

Nicholson Center at Florida Hospital Celebration Health — Two days ago.

Disney has taught me (for over 30 years) to over manage things that others either under manage or ignore.

This builds trust and trust is a differentiator anywhere there’s a crowd. We can see the same thing two days in a row and yet they appear different. But only if we are “present in the moment”.

Otherwise, we can go through our day and never notice the clouds.

Heading to the Nicholson Center in an hour. Have been entrusted to be a catalytic speaker for a long-time client.
