Do something great

The feeling we are looking for is sustainable, not temporary.

Life is not about pleasure, it’s about paying attention. Weirdly enough, paying attention is what brings sustainable pleasure.

Do something great. Mend an important relationship before it’s too late, help raise money to find a cure for something incurable, or, do something in between.

It doesn’t matter what you do. Not sure what to do? For starters, pay attention.

And don’t blame the Universe for making you rich with peace and contentment.

You are being unjust and denying it everyday.

Much less pressing than civil rights, it’s an appalling personal injustice that matters now.

The gross negligence and personal disrespect we have for our overall wellness is epic.

And no one is fighting for it, because the people in power (you and i) must sacrifice to get it.

Who would bite the hand that feeds them pleasure, comfort, entertainment, ease?

Hardly anyone.

What’s it gonna be in 2015?

How many people do we know who have no desire to improve and harness the power of great habits?

Pretty close to zero. Improving is a survival instinct from the caveman days.

Personal Leadership 101:

Only two things needed for personal transformation:

  1. An impossible goal
  2. A reason bigger than yourself

Accept no substitutes.

PS. This doesn’t make sense until someone becomes desperate enough for the change they want (and deserve).
