Ownership determines motivation, mind

Covid-19 became a ‘global potential panic event’ March, 2020. Photo: September 2020. Spent 50 days here. Solo. Family stayed home to feel safer. Was motivated to return for two weeks. Turned into seven weeks. Why? Assorted motivation and ownership. For me and my family.

Motivation’s secret is ownership.

When i pause to consider the statement, it makes perfect sense to me.

Therefore, the greater the ownership, the greater the motivation.

Take your thoughts for example.

You own:

Learning.

Acquiring.

Organizing.

Building.

Practicing.

Living.

More learning.

More of it all.

Your most important win

Your most important win?

Burning the ships.

Also known as motivation.

Nothing is more important than your determination to achieve a clear, concise, and compelling vision.

Nothing.

Hard stop.

If your mental goal isn’t

Four heart shapes etched in sidewalk
While walking this morning. Happy present moment.

If your mental goal isn’t impossible, you’re not reaching high enough.
