Writing mashup update

Writing mashup update.

It’s been 60 days of creative, and intense, writing.

For the past two months, i’ve been extra busy writing seven Disney Business books; one for each Disney Business topic.

  1. Leadership Excellence
  2. Employee Engagement
  3. Customer Service
  4. Brand Loyalty
  5. Creativity and Innovation
  6. Business Excellence
  7. Applying Disney Business Principles for Personal Vibrancy

Just days away from the mid-point of the 365-day epic Disney writing challenge. The creative, 60-day initiative has put me back on track to write all seven Disney Business Books within one year.

Worth mentioning that yesterday, April 1, 2017, i began the ninth consecutive year of writing five daily, differently-themed blogs.

Insanely impossible has morphed into a daily (lifetime?) routine.

Up at first light to watch the sunrise from bed.

The final day has another surprise in store and the buzz is it’s going to be epic.

Packing tonight for tomorrow’s early (6:45am) morning airport departure will be easy.

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.

Up at first light, check out of Rising Sun, say goodbyes to staff, and then leisurely drive one last time over Going-To-The-Sun Road to Kalispel for Dave’s 12:30pm departure flight.

The local Chamber of Commerce has a wonderful opportunity to bring world-class professional development to their region.

After the meeting, return to West Glacier and check-in at the Village Inn at Apgar on the shore of Lake McDonald for two more days of inspirational rejuvenation and book writing.

Today’s Writer’s Retreat itinerary is a surprise. i’ve been instructed to keep the entire day free.

Just keep hiking

Glacier National Park stickers
Stickers are an economical souvenir choice.

I had picked the Grinnell Glacier hike and my hiking partner suggested the Ptarmigan Tunnel hike.

The trailheads are less than a mile apart, in the Many Glacier region.

Grinnell Glacier is often called the best hike in GNP.

Ptarmigan Tunnel has a feature no other hike offers – the tunnel – and it’s level of difficulty makes it a path less traveled.

Dinner and evening wide open.
