
Most of us are fearful. It’s an endowment our Creator bestowed on us to survive – fight or flight.
But in this case it means fearful, as in “way too fearful“!
Once, midlife was described to me like this, “When a man realizes he’s not going to live forever.”
There’s a simple solution to this.

Yes. Scared. But I do not know if it is due to a lack of faith or confidence in my God-given talents.
One of our breakout sessions was sponsored by a company that makes a product that is critical for someone in my situation. The information presented showed me I am not doing enough for my health.
I now have more information on what to do. It’s time to act!

Not serious. But convincing. I’m doing good. But I don’t think I’m doing enough to prolong my health.
My father died from heart disease at 44. I’m 46. I know more about heart disease than he did. It’s now about acting on all that knowledge.
