Very often, I find myself here (Disney World), “on the clock”.
How often do people tell you, “You really love what you do”?
Hardly a day goes by, right?
Never gets old either.

Yesterday I shocked someone when I told them I loved my job — at the cemetery. “Seriously?” they asked. And I replied, “Seriously.”
Everyday I go to work with MLK whispering in my head: Enter data like Michelangelo painted. “He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well.”
Patty, exactly!
Just the other day I was talking to a cast member who told me they would love to have my job. I told them I would never have imagined myself in this role 10 years ago. The I told them what they needed to do to get where I am. And offered to help.
They said they didn’t think they could do that.
I sighed.
