Dear Son, doing things over and over is where most humans fail. We get bored, tired, demotivated, complacent, and if we’re not very careful, cynical. Please, never, ever let this happen. Pinky swear?

  4. Each day I go to work, we review using the microwave. There is a great sense of accomplishment for my client and for me when the correct procedure is followed. We review everyday, just to make sure we know how. It’s a highlight.
