Got a little fancier in 2011.

Today is the beginning of the eighth year. Top photo from 2008 and the original website look. Bottom photo about two years later, a little more color. The progress one can make when a little is done every single day.

There was a time when the number of consecutive days blogging was two. Today it’s 2,558.

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.

  1. Thank you Bob. Have greatly appreciated your company.

Fascinated with the longevity both of us have invested.

Hope you have the best April Fools Day ever. 🙂

  2. And I have appreciated yours!

You invest long-term in things that matter and make an impact. 🙂

Hope yours is wonderful as well! Today is a big day for us here. Zac is going on a mission trip with our church youth group to Ireland…the first time for him outside of the USA. He is a part of a drama troop that will be performing on the streets of Cork.

  3. Congratulations Jeff! Yes, it is a bold statement, but your writing has also changed my life. Thank you for the journey. Looking forward to many more inspiring posts.

  4. Donna, that IS bold. Boldness has genius.
Thank you for being here from the beginning.
You and Bob have been encouragers.
The thought of stopping (because, “Isn’t seven years enough?”) scares the heck out of me.

  5. Yay to 7 years! Congratulations!
It’s been awesome to watch the journey. Best wishes, Brother!

  6. Bob, this sounds awesome! A missions trip and performing – these will be incredible, life-shaping experiences!
