Those little moments when we do something that sort of embarrasses us, and we are so tempted to stop…

But we don’t.

And when we’re done, we are suddenly gifted with the fact that we may have inspired someone, in that moment of not stopping.

…fear… As we reach our 40’s and 50’s we should be transitioning from doubt about life to certainty. We are certainly going to die. Death’s reality can no longer be ignored. Neither should our desire to be true to ourselves. Go! Take small steps to get past your fear. Go already!
