Can we, and should we, say this with confidence?

I am the most positive person I know.

You can say this, right?

And this isn’t about competition or superiority. It’s about being the best version of yourself.

Why would any of us not be the most positive person we know? We spend the most time with ourselves. The benefits of being highly positive compound daily.

Netflix. Like anything that we don’t make a priority, our material things can suffocate our life if we don’t manage it daily.

The time to worry is when you don’t have to.

Take physical health. 

Do the basics now, and for the rest of your life.

Or, don’t.

And decades later be forced to change.

Same for everything else in life.

Nurture your attitude or wake up decades from now, fearful, bitter, angry, stressed – to the point of a potentially devastating wake-up call.
