Port Canaveral prep, mind

Albert einstein quote
The date on the bottom, 2009. Wow. Thought photos pre-2013-14 (saved on external hard drives) might be gone forever.

Prepping for tomorrow’s cruise.

Thinking about this…

Price is what you pay. Value is what you receive.

The thoughts we invest in is the price we pay for thinking.

We pay for our thoughts with our: time, focus, discipline, hope, energy, belief, conviction.

We receive from the thoughts we cast: results, optimism, and vibrancy.

Lookout Cafe. Brekki (breakfast in Australia).

Island time.

It means no schedule to keep.

No rush.

No pressure.

Do what you want to do when you want to do it.

Why?

Where else are you gonna go?

Pacific sunrises never get old.

What’s not to love?

Time flies.

Been here two weeks already.

It’s easy living looking out at the Pacific sunrises.

Take breaks when needed

flip charts in a home office
Reminded a client about habits being the holy grail, professionally and personally.

Plant, fertilize, nurture, harvest, and share nothing but positivity, hope, and possibility.

Take the same thing you do with physical exertion and apply it to mental exertion. Physically, when we’re tired, we’ll stop and rest to catch our breath, get our heart rate down, and or recover for the next set, etc.

You can do the same thing when negative or sub-optimal thinking is all you can think about.

No worries karma

Disney University
Left home a little ‘late’ at 7:10am. No worries. Being home for 31 hours is a great reason to carry a ‘no worries’ karma everywhere.

A nice 10-mile walk at sea-level seemed like a just reward for being home for 31 hours.

Weeks ago, we booked Magic Kingdom reservations for six today.

Plans changed. Reservations cancelled. Except me.
