Living and working at the Walt Disney World Resort was a dream that became a reality 30 years ago. But the phone rang 15 years ago and an opportunity was offered, to become a professional speaker, something never, ever pursued, nor desired.
Have spoken to one million people since then. And every morning, like right now, it is the same challenge. How do you convince others who live in an obviously different world, that it is all the same?

Jeff,
That’s the big thing for any presenter – to give the audience a glimpse into your world to a point that they feel like you can relate to their world. If they get that connection, you move past that “they don’t get what I am going through” to “he understands me – he’s been there, too.”
Like the Beauty and the Beast” castle workers sang, they wanted to be “human again.” Audiences want their speakers to be human to them…relate to them.

Bob, this is the number one priority for me every single time. Why? Because without it, nothing else matters.
Not exactly sure, however the world is a better place because you know how to!!!
Thanks Chuck. Love that you visit. Bought the book yet? And five copies for your Mother?
