Three steps to midlife peace and contentment:
- work harder than ever to re-think things (could take years)
- put simple processes in place to recalibrate our shifting priorities
- begin to live more fully aware of each day, and the many mundane moments in it
We do more at first, so we can do less eventually, so we can have more.
Doing less. Having more.
