  2. I understand the concept of trying to shift down when the road ahead looks like I should be shifting up. But once you do get the time to shift down, the upshift becomes so much easier later! πŸ™‚

    Speaking of, please pray for me – I am shifting up tomorrow as I go to our annual expo to speak for 3 days in Chicago. I wish I could be shifting down now, but that may not happen until later in the year when I get to act goofy! πŸ™‚
