Wake up early. Morning routine. Pray, read, write, think, meditate for the first two hours. Then begin whatever movement activity is due – walk, bike, jog, or a combo for the three. Then go on about the day.
Every.
Day.
Since April Fools Day.
2009.
Massage Envy was the only local (within 7 miles) game in town when the Podiatrist recommended massage.

Sitting at this desk, every morning, it’s easy to take sunny, blue and warm for granted.
Winters are why we live in Florida.
It’s 45 degrees now.
Had to go outside for two minutes.
The physical shock was nothing a bunch of layers won’t fix.
But who wants to get dressed up for two minutes?
So only a t-shirt and a vest.
(and always assume shorts, always)
God i hate the cold.
Man i love to write.
PS. Truth be told, i don’t even like wearing a t-shirt.
