Disney Cruise — We backed in to Castaway Cay’s dock, allowing our stateroom to face the action.

Mentally disembarking from Port Canaveral 9:00am this morning.

In two days it’s Christmas.

In two hours it’s time to disembark the Disney Fantasy.

We’ll be home before 11am today.

But may i just say what an incredible place Disney’s Castaway Cay is?

Wow.

Yesterday was a huge wow.

Disney Cruise — Yesterday at sea.

Disney Cruise — Last night’s entertainment at the Walt Disney Theater.

Disney Cruise — Yesterday morning’s first look from the bow of the ship.

Disney Cruise — Same, with more sky.

Disney Cruise — One Deck up to get a cup of hot water.

How exciting today that we are mentally at Disney’s Castaway Cay 8:30am – 4:45pm.

While we were at Sea the past two days and today’s photos are from yesterday, this is being written midmorning – from Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.

Seriously.

Surrounded by palm trees and a carpet of white sand.

Life is good.

Mentally at Sea all day again, continuing NE to Disney Island

Disney Cruise — And brighter…notice the sunrise was to the rear of the ship versus the front.

Mentally at Sea all day again, continuing NE to Disney Island.

Yesterday morning’s routine was different on the Disney Fantasy.

It was northing like the home routine behind Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

No brainer, right?

How could it not be different?

And, the morning change is driven by the night before.

Our dinner seating is 8:15pm.

Dinner concludes near 10pm.

Normally asleep by 9pm.

And so it goes.

Disney Cruise — First photo yesterday.

Disney Cruise — Family walk after breakfast. The use of “please” caught my attention (over and over again).

Disney Cruise — Walked two miles total yesterday after breakfast, some of it was inside.

Mentally at Sea all day, heading East.

Spent yesterday anchored off Georgetown, Grand Cayman.

Weather was hot and breezy for December 19.

Our (Disney’s) use of the word please is delightful.
