Happy New Day.
Nearly a year ago on January 1, 2018, most of us said, “Happy New Year” for a couple of days.
Eventually, we stopped saying this wonderful greeting.
Why?
Because two, three, four or more weeks later, “Happy New Year” seems off-base.
In an effort to keep the excitement, wonder, and hope of a new year alive, i coined “Happy New Day” as a way to humor myself and honor the true gift that each and every day brings.
Note. As i write on this December 19 morning, we are 13 days from “Happy New Year 2019”.
