Delayed out of Kalispell. But only by enough to place doubt in making connecting Denver flight to Walt Disney World.
Today is empty-nest day 23. Today is also our first day apart in this new reality. Cheryl and i agreed on me staying another week. Would have been easy to fly home with Cheryl yesterday and be in our pool today. However, Jody Maberry on a last minute call, is arriving tomorrow. He (and i) didn’t want to break our Glacier visit streak. This means i will miss my hometown’s 50th birthday celebration.
Ps. As if someone like me would actually have to be there to appreciate and cherish the milestone. 🥳😂
