There will still be questions, but the questions won’t be on all five blogs, and it won’t be every day.
This change isn’t prompted because i’ve run out of questions.
The change is prompted because the theme has had its turn and i’ve enjoyed the challenge.
Do you know that having “flavor-of-the-month” initiatives is perceived in the workplace as negative because the change, almost always, doesn’t last?
Do you know that, in reality, short-term change can be a very motivating process?
The change doesn’t have to last forever to be effective.
This is one of the most overlooked leadership tactics.
