Where do you begin when you awaken?

What are the days providing you (and our world) that’s different than normal.

Where do you begin when you awaken?

Are there special days that you see on the horizon that are vastly differently from your normal, beautiful days?

Big questions.

How do you plan for and savor the difference?

Parents would do well to master this and teach it to their children. Childless adults would do well to help their nieces and nephews.

Youth can begin their slow and steady journey toward mastery in High School, accelerate it in the 18-22-year-old stage, and then continue the slow and steady lifetime commitment.

Good Morning Kuwait.

You are looking lovely this morning.

We (Jody Maberry and me) slept until 9am.

It’s been decades since i’ve slept until 9am (2am Orlando time).

Went to bed at 1am local time (6pm Orlando time).

Married 36 years

Yesterday before leaving Orlando at 2pm.
TEXxAUK VIP ticket sample 2019
TEDxAUK VIP ticket sample sneak peek yesterday.

Writing this from Dubai airport, effectively at 6am Orlando time.

The 14-hour Emirates flight in business class was nice. Only able to snag four hours sleep?

Why?

We left Orlando at 2pm. Couldn’t fall asleep until 9pm.

And so it goes.

PS. When this goes public on June 25…Happy 36th wedding anniversary.

Teamwork makes the dream work.

Thank you Coach Doss and the Winderemere Preparatory School’s SALT (Student Athletic Leadership Team) for arranging and attending yesterday’s TEDx Talk practice.

Wouldn’t it be great?

Septic tank sensor alarm
Yesterday our septic tank stopped working. This is a big deal if you don’t fix it soon.

Wouldn’t it be great if our mental attitude had an automatic sensor and alerted (alarmed) us the second our thoughts weren’t positive?

Until there’s an automatic sensor, you’ll have to develop your own “6th-sense”.

If your sensor doesn’t alert (alarm) you, odds increase that negativity contaminates your head space. The same way a backed up septic tank can contaminate your living space if it goes unchecked for too long.
