How much is enough?

Six-foot alligator by grocery store retention pond during yesterday’s walk.

How much is enough?

Enough what?

How much positivity and growth mindset is enough?

The answer lies in the obvious answers to similar questions:

How much physically vibrant health is enough?

How much spiritual peace and contentment is enough?

How much work artistry is enough?

How much home life organization is enough?

The simple answer is to have as much as you possibly can, 100% if you want to use a metric.

Notice, to me, means being present.

Being present is elusive because humans are busy doing all the things humans do. Rare are those who simplify their to-do lists and slow their speed.

Where was your mind in 2005?

Gratitude and curiosity are two critical personal development opportunities.

Grow them and life changes exponentially for the better.

It may take decades living a distracted life before your life’s framework (structure and processes) becomes intentional and highly effective and simple to scale.

Being curious is a childhood superpower.

Being grateful is an adult superpower.
