Apple alarm clock
Last night.

 

Early call time this morning at the Rosen Shingle Creek.

Leadership Keynote speech 8:30-10:00am.

Grateful for six hours sleep, versus five, or even four.

Sleep impacts my attitude.

Always has.

Eight hours (and a positive attitude) is always the goal.

Today’s writing began at 5pm instead of 5am.
