Tiny House, tiny mind?

Tiny House in Glacier Park
Woke up in a Tiny House yesterday.

Tiny House in Glacier Park
The house is so tiny that the bathroom is in a separate building.

Another view.

Last view.

Tiny House, tiny mind?

One is easy to see.

One is invisible to strangers.

One might also be invisible to the inhabitant.

45 Postcards

Wrote, addressed, and dated 45 postcards yesterday.

So?

Can’t recall ever doing that in 59 years on our planet.

This year is the first time visiting Glacier National Park five times in one Summer too.

And every day of writing five daily, differently-themed blog posts beats the old record by one day.

Happy Thanksgiving 2018 (and Glacier Trip #5)

sleep timer on iPhone
Five an 1/3 hours of sleep. Oh well…and so it goes. Big day today…

Currently, due to writer’s flood, i’m 60 days ahead of schedule. Every post i presently write has to wait 60 days before it can go live.

Why?

Because some days i write more than the five daily, differently-themed posts.

Posts are always written “live”.

Happy Autumnal Equinox as i write this today, September 22.

And happy Thanksgiving as this posts live on November 22.

PS. Leaving in an hour for 2018 Summer Glacier National Park trip #5.

Glacier withdrawal?

Delta flight map
We had to go around a weather system to arrive safely in Orlando yesterday.

Glacier withdrawal?

Maybe just a tinge.

For sure i didn’t want to leave Logan Pass two days ago.

Such a beautiful day.

To be able to write and hike in Glacier is only surpassed by one factor – having family there too.

That said, solitude is an important leadership development tool.

It’s not a race, is it?

Wild Goose Island
Wild Goose Island, early evening.

Wild Goose Island
Could i have spent more time here? Sure. Could i have spent less? Absolutely.

Wild Goose Island
She’s from Japan.

Disney characters at Glacier National Park
She followed my lead and got on her belly to get a better angle.

Disney Speaker
Pausing to create some Magic for others (and myself).

It’s not a race is it?

What?

Your life.

Where?

To the graveyard.

A busy person has little (or no) time to perceive time’s passage.

This is why we receive (if we’re lucky)  a wakeup call that shakes our core.

Finally getting out attention.

Hopefully.

• rethink  • reprioritize  • recommit

Buy more time by cultivating peace of mind.

Cultivate peace of mind by doing the three transformational steps.

Some new and unique leadership thoughts are being cultivated on this trip.

Stuff i hoped for but couldn’t explain back in Orlando.
