Car odometer
This car is 35 years old. It may take a decade or more to reach 200,000 miles.

The mechanic i’ve trusted for two decades retired.

He was a 40-minute drive away. But the drive was always worth it. Why? i trusted him. Randy is the only mechanic (and he eventually opened his own shop) i’ve ever trusted. Ever.

Two old Toyotas, rarely driven, don’t need much work.

Boy, it would be sweet to have another trusted mechanic one mile from home.

Note: i do not expect it to happen. But i am willing to do my best to adapt to the hand i’ve been dealt.
