Know your why

i began writing to leave a trail. i continue writing for the same reason. Photo: Yesterday after the last home swim meet of the season (i missed it).

 

Ending every speech with a 72-hour challenge, like yesterday, reminds me that taking action is the key to everything good in life.

Change is good.

Change is constant.

Change can be painful.

Change can set us free.

Even so…

Change is, generally, resisted.

What if it wasn’t?

This is tricky because some things should never change.

Like seeing the good in everything.
