Up on the roof, again

55-second video: Always busy, never in a hurry.
Stars at dawn
A rare view of stars from Orlando — our rooftop. Orion, easily recognizable for many people is in the center.

Watch as many sunrises and sunsets as you can.

Quietly and patiently watching a sunrise opens your being to a brand new day — a day you’ve never seen before, nor will ever see again.

Quietly and patiently watching a sunset closes your being to a brand new evening — an evening you’ve never seen before, nor will ever see again.

In both moments, you can think anything you want. These moments are special because without the act of sitting still to slowly watch, you will rarely pause like this.

Better to habitually pause than to not habitually pause.
