Mental enhancements through creativity

We judge ourselves on our intentions, others judge us on our behaviors.

We’re all in pursuit, aren’t we?

We judge ourselves on our intentions, others judge us on our behaviors.

While finishing yesterday’s blogs, began thinking about today’s posts.

A couple themes/ideas raised their hand for today.

Florida winters are better than any Pennsylvania winter i ever had. Palm trees and sunshine rule in winter. But only because i sensed the distinct difference and chose the tropics over the snow and (gloomy) clouds.

The joy of sensing a legitimate return to Eastern Standard time. Not a physical return to our time zone (which is obvious and unquestionable). But a physical acclimation back to our lifetime time zone. (Yes we lived in Pacific Coast time in Washington State but the duration is fractional, not significant.)

How do i run my business moving forward? The world needs what i offer. The world has yet to admit it. Do i spend precious (sunset years) time trying to crack the unlock code for everyone or do i leave it to some other potential Oppenhiemer? i leave tomorrow morning without a signed contract/payment for a year-long Organizational Vibrancy engagement. The creative ideas swimming around are intoxicating.

Why?

i’m in a place that has a renewed sense of urgency. Remember when turning 60 was my ultimate ‘deadline’? Well, that’s come and gone.

Complacency is a thing because it’s insidious. It’s also a pushover for busy people.

Who do you know in corporate leadership who isn’t insanely busy (and overwhelmed)?

No one.

Leaders are out their mind busy (but they’ll never show it because that’s “weakness”).
