A low bar (or desperation) rationalizes what we call this at Disney as “bad show”. There’s not a single door widget in the entire restaurant? Or perhaps put something creative (and fun) on the chair.

Responsibility frightens people.

Speaking from experience, accountability is scary when the bar is set super high.

A low bar, not so much.

Low bars are kinda like happy hour when you’re on vacation.
