The thing about a positive mental attitude is this – the people who have an exceptionally positive attitude have worked hard (probably a lifetime) to hone this seemingly gifted persona.
So, please know it’s like exercise, or any other skill, you get better results the more you apply yourself.
Anger, jealousy, excuses, apathy, and any other non-helpful activity is feedback for you – you still have miles to go before you sleep.
