Imagine everything you learned, did, and taught from 30 years at Disney and Disney Institute and then deconstructing it and then reconstructing it in a simpler, better way.

What are some of your earliest blogging memories?

My original blogging idea started in 2007 because i thought Disney Institute (DI) Facilitators could each have a blog and share Disney Institute essence, content, offerings, etc, as we traveled the globe.

i thought it was crazy enough to be cool, set us apart, and put DI in front of the Professional Development space through ‘free’ marketing (blogging).
