Guard your time.
The tricky thing about time is we think it’s like a money-tree in our backyard – just go outside and pick some whenever you need it.
No such thing exists.
Yet we still think we have all the time in the world to get to the “important stuff”, like shaping our attitude into this ridiculously positive and vibrant asset.

Not exercising regularly?
Check your outlook on life – specifically, the reasons you make for not taking care of the temple housing everything keeping you alive.
Tending to it or neglecting it will eventually reach a tipping point.
Hint: you will be older than you are now and you’ll either rejoice or regret where your mind led you.
