One extraordinary way to hone your thinking is to have repetitive chores, habits, hobbies, etc that allow you to do important and or fun stuff without having to consciously engage your brain.

Why is this helpful?

When your brain is actively disengaged, it is then free to engage in whatever you want to think about. You can take your thoughts anywhere.

Daily blogging does it. Walking does it. Gardening does it. Etc.
