Overwhelmed in good and not so good ways

Overwhelmed in good and not so good ways.

Such is life.

Let’s make an assumption that we are not taking drugs (prescription or otherwise, and please remember alcohol is a drug, as is food, etc)

Does life have to constantly feel overwhelming?

No.

Do you know what the goal is?

It’s to minimize overwhelm, not eliminate it.

Is it impossible to eliminate overwhelm?

At 58, i haven’t lived long enough to discover what’s possible.

Think of the two or three people you care about more than anyone else – do you wish for them a life lived with an exceptionally positive attitude?

Are you modeling the message for them?
