Started today thinking about how lucky i am to be a citizen.

Confident the international media frequently paints us as buffoons to other countries.

Our former president, an American, made the news years ago with a porn-star, a failed University, and this past week, a litany of other fraudulent business accusations and crimes.

All i’m saying is if it looks like a circus, sounds like a circus, and smells like a circus…it’s probably a circus.

Personally, i sure could use a break. For like…forever.

My growth mindset tells me a kinder, quieter, gentler world is in the future.

i cannot change the world but i can change my world.

Day 10 post op eye update. Can detect light and dark and see movement. Zero clarity. The second surgery’s two-month gas bubble will keep me from seeing clearly for many more weeks than the 2-3 week original surgery bubble.

i’m also okay with this.
